Tai Chi Chuan - Introduction


Tai Ch'i Chuan is characterized by its long, slow and elegant postures. The basics for Tai Ch'i are that the practitioner makes full use of the Yin and Yang theory in combination with the five element system that has become more and more familiarized in the west.

Tai Ch'i comes from Chinese history and philosophy and is an internal and soft method of Chinese martial arts. Tai Ch'i has quickly become one of the most popular martial arts practiced in the world today, with more than 10 000 000 practitioners worldwide.
